central location helpful staff scottish breakfast convenient parking
The location was excellent. It was across from the train station. i found the staff helpful, especially with directions. breakfast offered scottish favorites like haggis. the hotel provided convenient parking.
The lift only carried one person at a time. This was very inconvenient.

clean room great bath helpful staff
the room was clean and presented well. there was a great bath and shower, and the bed was super comfortable! the staff were also very helpful. we had a disability room and bathroom, and the facilities were very good.
The hotel feels tired and needs a refresh..

i found the staff friendly and helpful. the room was a good size. it featured plenty of sockets where i needed them. the breakfast buffet offered a good selection of hot and continental items.
the hotel lift only takes two people at a time, this made waiting inconvenient.

excessive noise dusty room
the breakfast was decent.
The room was not clean. there was dust everywhere. also, the noise from the street was excessive. I couldn't sleep well.
